This page explains what information Kreasel collects and how it's used. As an early-stage platform, we keep this to what's actually true today.
Your email and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) when you create an account. For sellers: store details, a profile picture and bio if you add them, and payout account details, which are encrypted at rest. For buyers: just the email you enter at checkout, to deliver your purchase and show your order confirmation.
To run your account, process orders, deliver digital files, and pay out creator earnings. We don't sell your information to third parties.
Kreasel uses a single signed, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. It's not used for advertising or tracking.
You can update your profile and payout details anytime in Settings. To request deletion of your account or data, reach out via Contact.
